Flame Detector Test Lamps & Accessories
Everything that commissions and maintains a flame detector — test lamps and their consumables, swivel mounts, sunshields and spares for the FS20X, FS24X and FSL100 ranges. Supplied to order, quoted with lead times.
Test lamps first — the rest follows.
A flame detector is functionally tested with a dedicated test lamp: a controlled optical source that exercises the detector without an open flame. We list the FSL100 test lamp with its 12V battery, H3 bulb and charger kit, and the FS20X/24X test lamps — TL-1055 (safe area) and TL-2055 (hazardous area) — with their IR bulb and charger kit. The consumables that keep a test kit serviceable matter as much as the lamp.
Mounting and protection: the FSL100 swivel mount and the stainless FS20X/24X swivel mount set the viewing angle, while the FS20X/24X sunshield and the FS24XP airshield — which prevents dust build-up on the lens — keep the optics working in dirty or outdoor duties.
For deeper service work there's the FSX diagnostic kit — interface module, RS485/USB cable, PSU and PC software — and the FS20X electronics module as a replaceable spare. The detectors themselves live on the flame detectors range page, with the full grid at all flame detector SKUs.
